Peter Saint-Andre studied philosophy and ancient Greek at Columbia University in New York City. Instead of pursuing a PhD he embarked on a successful business career, where he played a significant role in defining key Internet technologies such as instant messaging and video conferencing. He is now collaborating with his wife Elisa George on a personal development seminar applying insights from positive psychology, organizational leadership, and classical philosophy to the challenges of work and career. He also acts as an advisor and coach to entrepreneurs and executives. Peter has authored books on Ayn Rand, Epicurus, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Henry David Thoreau, and is currently writing a book about Aristotle's views on human flourishing. In his spare time he is an avid musician.
